1. The service

Subsentry is a subscription-renewal watcher for small teams. It helps you track the recurring subscriptions you pay for, detects price hikes and upcoming renewals, sends you email alerts, and lets you import your charge history from a bank or card CSV export. Subsentry is an organizational tool: its figures and detections are estimates to help you stay on top of your spending, not financial, accounting, or legal advice, and not a substitute for reviewing your own statements.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and provide accurate information. You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. One account is for one team; keep your sign-in details private.

3. Subscription, free trial & billing

  • Subsentry is $19/month or $190/year (two months free). The price you join at is locked for as long as your subscription stays active.
  • New accounts get a 14-day free trial. A card is collected at signup but is not charged during the trial. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged.
  • After the trial, your plan renews automatically each period until you cancel. You can change plans, update your card, or cancel any time from Settings → Billing, which opens our payment processor (Stripe).
  • If a payment fails, we'll attempt to collect for a short grace period and notify you. If it stays unpaid, your account becomes read-only (you keep access to view and export your data) until billing is brought current.
  • Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or at our discretion. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.

4. Payments

The only payment Subsentry collects is your own subscription to Subsentry, processed by Stripe (see section 3). Subsentry does not collect, hold, or process payments on behalf of you or your vendors. We never move money between you and the subscriptions you track; we only read the charge data you import or enter so we can watch it for you.

5. Your data

Your data is yours. You grant us a limited license to store and process it solely to provide Subsentry to you. You can export your data at any time and request deletion. How we handle data is described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Don't use Subsentry for anything unlawful, don't try to break, overload, or reverse-engineer it, and don't upload data you have no right to. We may suspend accounts that put the service or other users at risk.

7. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

Subsentry is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We don't guarantee it will be error-free or uninterrupted, and we don't guarantee that every price hike or renewal will be detected; always check your own statements before acting. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes & termination

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new date. You can cancel any time. We may suspend or end accounts that violate these terms or for non-payment.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with exclusive venue in Lee County, Florida.
